Pastor Zach
Sullivan
Since 1999, Pastor Sullivan has served faithfully in local churches. He is a graduate of Crown College and ministered in the children’s ministry at Temple Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Clarence Sexton and Pastor Derrick Morlan.

In 2023, Pastor Sullivan sensed the Lord’s clear call to pastoral ministry and began seeking a church in need of a shepherd under Christ. Following a missions conference in 2025, the Lord placed a burden on his heart for the New England area.
​
Pastor Sullivan was ordained on January 18, 2026, at Temple Baptist Church. He began serving as Head Pastor of River Valley Baptist Church on January 25, 2026, where he continues to minister with compassion and faithfulness.
Pastor Ray Tillotson

Prior to becoming associate pastor, Raymond Tillotson attended River Valley Baptist Church for seventeen years. He served as deacon for eight years. He participated in several ministries, including teaching Sunday School, preparing and delivering sermons, Vacation Bible School, and the nursing home ministry.
Pastor Ray attended many ministry workshops, and the annual Northeast Leadership Conference held at Central Baptist Church. He was ordained January 31, 2021 at River Valley Baptist Church and serves as our associate Pastor
